“Was no stay due to your businesses incompetence”
Well when you make a reservation a month prior to your visit and you get a phone call ten minutes before you arrive saying that room reservation has been canceled. We drove 10 hours to stay at this location and due to poor management we get told , oh we canceled your reservation. Luckily the young lady at the counter called your sister location in Hardeeville and they were able to get us in. I am very disappointed in how this location handle there customers. If there was a booking issue that would of came out prior to 15 minutes of our check in. The management wasn't able to be reached to resolve this properly. I don't appreciate them giving our room to someone else. I can promise you we will never use one of your hotels again. I surely won't recommend a stay with you to anyone else I cross paths with.

“It was what I expected from a hotel. Beds and bedding were good.”
The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. There was a grab bar in the shower.
