“All in all, a good stay.”
I had asked for pillows without down feathers, but there were two down pillows on the bed when we got there. We threw them in the little closet and got through okay - the allergies weren't bad.

“Not as advertised!”
They did not give me the room I booked on the app. I asked for the room and they were already taken. I needed the handicap shower. Due to I had surgery and could not lift my leg. I had a really hard time taking a shower. We are bigger ppl I looked everywhere to make sure they are queen beds. We are 4 large adults. I know for a fact they are not queens as advertised! They are doubles so we slept on top of each other. Then we go to shut the bathroom door. The handle did not work so we could not lock the door. So we did our best to make sure no one barged in on each other. I went to the desk multiple times. They were going to give me a discount per the desk . Then when I was checking out they couldn't. Was going to have the manager call me on Monday! Guess what no phone call no discount! I don't like false advertising. Just tell it like it is.... Don't lie and fix the door knobs. Every time I went to the desk there was a line. They had a lot of complaints and issues.
