“Comfortable but Unusual Location”

Everything was great—the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The only thing that felt a bit unusual for me was the location, as it is right next to a cemetery. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

Greal location on hilltop, view of northern lights from deck, 4 beds in one room, well equipped kitchen including some basic food. All clean and comfy.

Nice surroundings, we got some nice homemade family food at Brimslóð

“Big apartment with everything you need”

The apartment is nice and big. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, cutlery and so on but also coffee, salt, pepper, oil...). As a person who loves cemeteries, the view made my day! Perfect location, the little town is very pretty and close to the sea.

I booked what seemed to be the biggest room - a FULL apartment on the bottom floor! (Nr. 1) =D This apartment was bigger than my own one apartment back home. I had a TV (with limited channels/viewing options), a MASSIVE double bed, a beautiful mid-sized bathroom, a kitchen on one side of the HUGE living room! There was a good-sized fridge, and all the plates, forks, glasses, cups, etc. you might need in a kitchen. There was also a full-sized wardrobe to keep your clothes up on hangers or on shelves.

Room was beautiful, specious, very clean and really nice decor. I appreciate having a table with water heater, fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom and enough towels. TV with Netflix.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was warm, comfortable and light, close to a bay and the ocean. We specially appreciated warning obout upcoming powercut during the night by the staff. Apartment No1 was fantastic for us and would certainly recommend. Staff was very kind and helpful. Many thanks x

“Good for what we needed.”

The location is great, the beds were comfy, the views are wonderful and we had a good stay. We didn't use the kitchen because we only needed a place to sleep for one night. Host was responsive and helpful. We stayed at the second floor with a balcony view towards the sea. Gorgeous view.

It smelled so much we couldn't sleep and had to leave super early in the morning to be able to sleep in the car

Original apartment was what was booked. However on arrival we were moved to another location and apartment due to a plumbing issue.
