“Our experience was different from what I read on the previous reviews before making a booking😥”
Honestly the place was great in terms of value for money,location and aesthetics but the customer service was lacking that personal touch.Our room did not have a mop,broom or even a cloth to wash the bath with after using it since there were four of us and we could only use the bath only as the shower was faulty:-(The tea station was a joke,we were only given 1x teabag each,1x coffee sachet each and 1x fresh milk each and they were not even added the next day and that was such an inconvenience.We made our own beds and whoever was cleaning the room did not bother to remake them or even replace the linen 🙄No iron or ironing board in the room so we had to ask my daughter's make up artist(we were there for my daughter's graduation) to bring her iron when she came in the morning so we could iron our clothes.Would I stay there again?Only out of desperation since I have stayed in the same area before and the customer service was a million times better than our experience at Ceelee's Place.

The guest house is very well situated. The owner ans staff are extremely ftiendly and helpful. The facilitues are just lovely. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and you have everything you need. It is truly one of the BEST guest houses I have stayed at

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the host who was very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in our room it was clean and well maintained, it really felt like we were home away from home.

Very friendly, we did arrive late and it was not a challenge for them at all. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place from the swimming pool till the bathroom. Very clear house rules and we did feel safe. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy your first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and felt like home and the shower (water) was very strong and we could relax after 10 hours of driving. Thank you for having us and Braam for your friendliness.
