“A warm welcome with great service and a truly first class breakfast!”
I arrived by bike, soaked and cold. I was greeted very warmly by the hostess, nothing was too much! The stay was excellent, breakfast was great, truly first class! What can I say? Best B&B visit I’ve had!

“Recommendef accomodation with very luxury breakfast.”
The breakfast was more than perfect, to much for us and a lot to choose. One morning we had to leave very early and the breakfast was ready for us at 6 am. She knew I am Spanish and one morning she made a delicious Spanish tortilla. We recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Claire waited for us after 22h , which was highly appreciated. We only stayed 1 night on our way to South France Very friendly and helpfull host. Breakfast was nice and at time of our choice

“The very best of experiences at this beautiful home!”
Exceptional location - so quiet and relaxing. Claire was a wonderful host (owner) and you come away feeling privileged to have shared her home with her for a brief time. Everything was perfect and good to meet Bugsie the Pugsie as well! The host went out of her way to make our stay the very best it possibly could be. As they say “if Carlsberg did overnight stays - this is what it would be like!”

Clare is a lovely English hostess and looks after you very well. I travel solo by motorcycle and was perfect for me. Large modern property with secure garage for motorcycle parking. Best breakfast I've ever had using booking.com, proper meal, not a snack. I don't take much looking after, but felt nothing would have been too much trouble for Clare.

“Absolutely flawless stay. 10+++”
Claire your host and the property is a gem. You are immediately warm welcomed. You feel at home. I arrived by motorcycle, plenty of parking, secure, gated. The room plenty , the bed comfortable, dead quiet location , I slept like a baby, and im a light sleeper . The breakfast was exceptional, yummy, and her very own walnut rhubarb jam to die for, man I was spoiled. I will be back on my next adventure that way, and will go out of my way to stay here again. THANK YOU CLAIRE for everything!!!

I randomly selected accommodation on booking and was on my way home. The purpose of the trip was business, I didn't need much, just to wash up and get a good night's sleep. A huge surprise here, a truly wonderful owner. Breakfast at 7:30 was no problem. It wasn't breakfast, it was a royal feast at 7:30 ;) . Of course, the house is clean, wonderfully equipped. Someday I'll get lost there again...

“Absolutely perfect”
A really calm peaceful area with a whole part of the house to ourselves which made it easier travelling with two young boys. Our lovely host made us feel so welcome it almost felt like staying with family. We had a snack on arrival, wine and pudding, an incredible breakfast. I don’t think we could have fallen upon a better place to stay for the evening. Thank you so so much

“Outstanding! Excellent accommodation, food and peaceful location.”
This was our second stay and we will continue to book whenever we are driving back to Calais. The house is great with a beautiful garden. The rooms are excellent with really comfortable beds. Claire is a wonderful host and an excellent cook. We enjoyed an exceptional dinner with local produce. The breakfast was excellent too. Nothing was too much trouble and we would thoroughly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay. Good bed, parking in garage clean bathroom etc. Claire was very welcoming and a lovely host. Claire cooked for me during my stay with fresh produce. I felt taken care of and really appreciated the variety of dishes - I can tell she loves cooking!

“Hidden gem.”
Last minute find, as I travelled South through France. Very happy with what I found. Claire is a great host, attentive and helpful, but also giving you space to relax and unwind. House is gorgeous and very well maintained. Loads of space inside and out. Continental breakfast was the size of an entire continent! Very nice to see. Would definitely recommend.
