“Beautiful and serene stay in the mountains”

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. We loved the peaceful and serene surrounding and sitting enjoying the views of the mountains surrounding the house. Gaelle was very helpful and cooked us a wonderful three course dinner. The room was quiet and the bathroom spotless. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will miss waking up in the mountains.

An exceptional location, very beautiful place - one thing: you need to be a good driver! Gaelle also offers dinners which are absolutely excellent - not to be missed.

Beautiful location, perfect view and very calm. The host is an absolute gem. Rooms are spacious as well as garden and terrace. Everything nice an clean. Breakfast was spot on, homemade jam delicious. Evening menu is three courses that can be booked for each day separately. High qualit food for moderate prices. Perfect spot for hiking as well as trips to sea alps or the more busy and crowded areas of the canyon. All in all clear recommendation.

This property is a true mountain hideout! Very authentic home with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. Property has a kitchen for common use, which might be handy if staying longer. The wonderful owner Gaelle also provides a delicious dining experience, which I would like to recommend. Closest towns are about a 30 minute drive away.

The view was everything here: we booked a room that faced the mountains and in the morning it was glorious. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of storage and a nice ensuite with toiletries. We ate in the evening and the food was excellent with wine to purchase at a reasonable price. Breakfast included home made jam and sourdough.

The location is simply amazing!!! Immersed in nature, with wonderful views over the surrounding mountains. Perfect place to relax and forget about everything. Gaelle is also a great host. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the garden admiring the view.

What a perfect position this house is in with spectacular views. Our two days with Gaelle were a delight and she is such a welcoming host. We hadn’t planned to eat with her on our second night but her cooking is so good that we did.
