The host is so nice and can give you good recommendations for things to do at the lake. We followed her advice and visited the wakeboard club. Perfect Apartment with many extras like coffee and kitchen necessities. The interior is nice and thoughtful put together.

The apartment is very nice! It is very clean and well managed. The hosts are really nice and are always ready to help if you have any questions. The view from the balcony is very nice and it is close to the town of Como. We would definitely come back again!

“Beautiful !”
Beautiful view on the lake. Lovely, helpful and communicative hosts. 10 minutes from big city Como! Air conditioning, coffee machine, welcome gift and sensual lighting in bathroom and sleeping room. Additionally they offer boat cruises on the lake. Magical experience !

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. All very clean and a variety of amenities. Met with Mercy, she was so beautiful and welcoming and even helped us out with places to visit, taxi and any questions needed. It was a little tricky getting from place to place if you don't have a car but it is also accessible by bus, only 12 mins from Lake Como Centre. Thank you for your stay, we will see you again.

“Great view nice host, but I would not stay again.”
The host was great, but it is impossible to find the apartment. The road up to it is one car only and very dangerous. The view of Lake Como is amazing. The apartment needs to have white towels as do hotels so they can be bleached. After we left my wife had bites on her legs. We did not go in Lake Como so we aren't sure.

The view of Lake Como from the property is amazing. Beautifully presented accommodation. Our hosts were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant bookings, information on points of interest in the area and providing laundry facilities. An enjoyable and and we would love to come back.

“Beautiful stay watching over the Lake Como”
The apartment is beautifully located, with a super view on the lake. Luca the host is super friendly, he also took us with his private boat on a lake tour which we just loved. From the apartment you can easily get to Bellagio, to Como and you have many restaurants around. Luca was super helpful to book for us dinner and lunch. thank you Luca and Mercedes!

Marvellous view over the lake! well designed kitchen in marine style with bar stools; High tec equipment ( TV, light installations wirh remote control in bedroom and bathroom) great rainforest shower in spacius douche, stylish basin. good selection of coffee capsules and sirvival kit of fruit, water and cerials. private parking, in steep surrounding. Communicative landlord with various helpful advice.

The views, fixtures and fittings, Hosts Luka and Mercedes .😃 The apartment was Beautiful. Having a safe parking Space was also a huge bonus.
