Everything! Welcoming front office staff, spacious room with a veranda, comfortable bed, all sorts of good smells in the room, well-kempt lush green private garden, amazing Chef (Manda) and cheerful waiters, succulent food (both African and English dishes prepared to perfection), serene neighborhood. Complimentary coffee machine, croissants, muffins and fruits was a great plus!

Breakfast was quite good, but more could be included - a continental breakfast. Omlette a bit oily

The whole place was great, not too many rooms, very good food and pretty garden. The room was spacious and comfortable with mosquito nets. Check-in and out very smooth.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms and the public areas are very homely and welcoming. The staff are excellent - Veronica and Victoria were particularly helpful.

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious with a desk so that I could keep up on admin while where. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, we had a private garden space in front of our room which gives you a sense of privacy and homeliness, it beats a sterile hotel environment hands down. The Leslie was close to where we were working so we didn't have hours of traffic to navigate getting to and from site, but situated well enough that we didn't hear or see the street traffic.

I really like dinner i.e. chickpea curry and rice at the property; even grilled sandwich was good. It was excellent dish and tastes very authentic. Really loved the food.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They helped us resolve several unexpected challenges - we are very grateful for their help. The rooms are magnificant and were the tranquil space we needed after several days volunteering in the more rural areas Malawi. We did not get to eat there (except breakfast - which was really lovely with great choice) and hope to do so on a return visit

Excellent facilities, wonderful welcoming lounge with bar, newspapers and complimentary water, tea/coffee, fruit and cakes. Secluded, restful, immaculate garden with refreshing pool and comfortable sun loungers. Really friendly, helpful staff. Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a small private garden to enjoy. Big comfy bed and welcome aircon! Fabulous big bathroom with all one can need supplied. Great dinners and breakfasts with plenty of choice. We loved it so much we booked another night! Close to petrol station, bank and supermarket complex in a "nice" area of the town.
