We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The apartment has everything you need and more, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is stocked with all types of toiletries. The host is amazing, very responsive and helpful, we felt well looked after!

The perfect place to stay in Blagoevgrad! The studio is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. The host is very nice and always ready to help, giving all the instructions needed for your stay in advance. Giving the fact that the property’s location is a 5 minute walk from the city center I can only recommend it highly to everyone who is visiting Blagoevgrad.

The apartment is outstanding, absolutely unique style and coziness! Central location, very warm and clear communication in regard to the check-in (there was super convenient key box); quiet and clean it has more supplies than one could need - would definitely visit again if we have the chance to!

Everything about this apartment was fabulous, from the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, the beautiful linens. The decor was exceptional, and best of all was Lilianna and her lovely daughter. Wifi excellent, car park great. The town was delightful with a very easy stroll to the centre. Thank you for a most relaxing stay.

Communication with Iliyana was exemplary throughout. Very kind and positive. Late checkout upon request was possible. The apartment is really cozy and arranged with so much love and eye for detail, it really felt like a home. Bathroom is very modern and equipped with toiletries, if you need them. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso, machines are only German name brands. Restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away on foot. We fully recommend to stay here and enjoy Iliyana's hospitality! Will come back soon.

“Cozy place”

Great apartment in a charming small university town surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect, as it is close to restaurants and the city center. The accommodation was delightful, and kudos to the hosts for their hospitality. I highly recommend it for your stay when traveling to Greece via Bulgaria or even for an extended stay in Blagoevgrad.
