We asked for an invoice and the hotel didn't give us because it was booked through booking. They said that the invoice should be sent by Booking but the policies in the page say is the hotel should send it. The response time for every message was terrible, more than a week to answer

“Great location, clean and comfortable”
Location was excellent for going to Virginia Tech and the main town of Blacksburg. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Clean room and breakfast was decent.

The staff was SO cheerful and friendly! The room was huge and so clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfy. We loved it and it was a great location for a Virginia Tech visit!
