“Exceptional Stay”

Our three-night stay at the Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel in Bodrum with friends was an outstanding 10/10 experience. The primary highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by the hotel management team. In particular, Ms Naz was incredibly helpful. She kindly upgraded our room upon arrival and remained attentive to our needs throughout our stay, ensuring we felt genuinely welcome. ​The property itself is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained. We spent our days relaxing on the sandy beach under the straw umbrellas and swimming in the remarkably clear pool, which is surrounded by lovely white buildings and elegant wooden balconies. The atmosphere surrounding the resort is both incredibly lively and very safe, making it easy to enjoy the local area with complete peace of mind. In the evening, the resort is beautifully lit, creating a wonderful atmosphere for dining by the water. ​Thanks to Ms Naz’s professional care, the vibrant location, and the beautiful setting, our holiday exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for its superior hospitality and look forward to returning.

Pool was very clean and fresh Staff were very friendly and realy helpful allowed us to stay on in room after 12am as we had a late flight and it took a lot of hassle off us

“A big negative surprise.”

We were only there for a short time. After we saw the room reserved for us, we didn't think twice and left the hotel and booked another one. The carpet in the stairwell had unappetizing stains. The bathroom was calcified and there was slight mold. The bed was small and not very comfortable, the room was not as shown on the internet, small and had no closet to speak of.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service The hotel's location is superb. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests.

We had an amazing stay at Costa Bitezhan. Secil greeted us in advance via Whatsapp which was a lovely touch, and she reached out throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome. The property is in the most amazing location overlooking Bitez Bay and we had a view of it from our balcony which was fabulous to look out at each morning. The pool area was gorgeous and kept really clean and has lots of tables and chairs around it by the bar and restaurant. The beach area was lovely and right outside the property. The food was nice, generally two meat options and a vegetable dish and lots of salads. I really enjoyed the soups. We ate out a good few nights as we like to mix it up. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. For the price we paid I was very very happy and would come back!

One of the best holidays I have ever had. I am a very experienced traveller and I would not say that this hotel is luxurious or the best in terms of facilities, but overall the experience was exceptionally good. Exceptionally clean, cozy (though modest) rooms and grounds, very quiet (thank goodness there are no midnight discos and loud music, but there are plenty of interesting entertainment 2-3 times a week), simple but very good quality food, fast Wi-Fi, good location next to the taxi rank and bus stop, clean beach and INCREDIBLY CARING AND FRIENDLY STAFF! Honestly, I have never met such a kind and pleasant attitude! Our deepest gratitude and respect to Secil! She is a wonderful host and such a nice person! She supported us in everything and was always ready to help with advice or deed! We really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to those who are looking for a quiet and simple holiday with a very positive atmosphere and caring staff! Thank you!
