“For our booking time, the stay was very stressful and burdensome.”
I personally liked the overall package. Everything went smoothly at check-in. The staff was friendly and competent. The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection. The rooms were larger than usual, measuring 30 square meters.

“VERY NICE HOTEL-RECOMMENDED”
The two young ladies on Reception were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Had a room on the 6th level with mountain views. The room was spotlessly clean for my arrival. The bathroom was cleaned well every day but the room was given a quick clean each day, this was perfectly fine. The breakfast is excellent. I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, attentive staff. When something did go wrong, the main reception staff were quick to fix it.
