Our room was large (in fact there were 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with couch), clean and well supplied. Staff was helpful, speaking good English. They also helped with airport transfer for our departure. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. While not exactly located in the centre, it is within walking distance from the main attractions.

“Terrific hotel”

Lovely quiet hotel, located about a 30 minute pleasant walk or quick Yandex car ride to Ala-Too Square and the centre of town. It’s down a side street and doesn’t look much from the outside but my room was enormous and fabulous quality, with a large double bed, sofa, table, fridge, two armchairs and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries provided, as well as robes and slippers which I didn’t use. There are some cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff are pleasant and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast was truly 5 star, a fresh buffet selection of cereals, breads, pastries, cakes, eggs, meats, Kyrgyz/Russian specialities etc. and each day there was variation. Freshly made coffee, latte, cappuccino is also provided, as well as omelette made-to-order on some days.

The location in the city is very good, with good restaurants close by and the room was nice. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing and everything was tasty.

This is not hotel for 3 stars,Is between 4 and 5 stars by eu standards,is very clean beautiful small sweet hotel,very quiet, breakfast amazing, there is no crowd,perfect for families, rooms so much beautiful.

Everything was beyond expectations. The manager was very kind and helpful. He helped us find a service to repair a windshield on a rental car. He went with us everywhere until we solved the problem. He also waited for us at the airport. Cleanliness everywhere, central location, varied and good breakfast. We will be back.

The hotel is just great! Everybody is so kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Also, the hotel is in a side street, so no loud noise from anywhere. A supermarket is just around the corner and restaurants are close by.

Nice hotel, clean room and easy to walk to city highlights such as the Osh bazar. There nice restaurants on just a few min walking distance.
