“Terrible”
DO NOT get your clothes washed!! They lost half my clothes and gave me random people's clothes as a result. After an hour of trying to find what clothes were mine in their mess, I managed to get some back. However the clothes were soaking and with new stains. Hotel rooms have no privacy as the window faces a residential area within a few metres. Shower head didn't work, walls are paper thin, pool is 15€ an hour, location is very poor.

“Great historic hotel stay”
The hotel is historic and beautiful. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Two of the staff are very nice and helpful - although the others are a bit too 'Russian' for my taste 😅

“Grate place to stay”
The hotel is in good location, near by the city. If you wish to walk to the city it will take around 30 minutes or by taxi will take juts 10 minutes. Very clean hotel and very big room compared to other hotel rooms in this price range. There is small local restaurant and grocery store near by the hotel,You can get freshly prepared delicious food better than fancy restaurant in city. Most importantly staff are amazing 😊 very kind and helpful specially staff name Bek, boy who works in morning shift in reception. Simply all of then are grate people. Highly recommend this hotel during your stay in Bishkek.

“Good value option near centre of Bishkek”
Lovely big room and bathroom, well furnished and with the added bonus of a fridge in the room. The young men at the reception were very kind and spoke good English. They were always willing to help.
