Excellent location. A bit tricky to find, but that's because we weren't used to how Maltese streets work! Loved the entrance up the stone stairs! Comfy bed, good shower. Lovely that the hosts left coffee etc for us to use. Wish we could have stayed longer

“Perfect Birgu Stay”

Lovely apartment very close to the Square with a small shop at the street end. Very clean and cosy and easy to check in.

Everything was perfect, host very polite and attentive. Refreshments left for us and plenty tea and coffee etc

Wonderful experience. I am very happy that we had the opportunity to stay in a Maltese-style apartment with a wonderful balcony. It is located in a quiet street (there is near a church with the bell, but it didnt bother us). The apartment is small, but meantime very well equipped. There was enough space for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). I really appreciated the decoration of the apartment - it was adjusted to the Christmas mood - that rarely happens. Very caring hostess. If you want to get to Valletta - you can quickly reach it by ferry, but Birgu is also very nice place. I really recommend this apartment.

We loved Birgu - beautiful historical area but not as tourist oriented as Valetta. Flat is perfect for 2 people, spacious, well equipped and super clean. The host is super nice and helpful. It was great choice to stay in Ta Wenzu!

“Wonderful, cozy house”

All excellent! It’s in the most unique place in the Birgu centre. The place is very nice and gives the feeling of how local people live in their houses. AC available. All kitchen amenities, comfortable beds. There are three little balconies - one closed and added to the appartment. The church bells are close but there are ear plugs available in the house. The host is very helpful and responsive. There is coffee and kettle available, table to eat and fridge. Dishwasher and washing machine + dryer. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner and washing gel. Cleaning was done in every two days.Not sure what beaches are nearby because we travelled a lot around the islands. There are nice restaurants in Birgu and also on the nearby city - Cospicua. We loved the place!
