“Awful”
"The well-equipped kitchenette has a stovetop, a refrigerator, a tea and coffee maker and a toaster. This air-conditioned triple room features a seating area, a patio, garden views and a shared bathroom. The unit offers 2 beds." The above mentioned was what we reserved. From this we got a room with only refrigerator, coffe maker and AC. We were placed on 3rd floor without seating area, patio or garden views. Additionaly the owner was not aware of our booking and i had to stand outside for 2 hours until my room was ready. After long trip to reach destination it was apsolutly crushing to see we didn't receive the room we were asking for and i had to stand and wait until my room was ready. Very poor service and would not reccomend.
