“Lovely decor but terrible view for 50% of rooms!”
Beautiful decor. Saw lots of comments about poor staff but we didn’t experience this. The breakfast was incredible and the pools were great!

It was the first Hotel where I want to come back! It was Amazing!Food was delicious, room was clean, Spa was very good, and the fantastic view from the windows…. I will definitely come back!

“Pleasant enough but over-priced and were it not for the pool/spa is more like a 3 star hotel.”
Location was good; right on the river with a promenade to town. Clean and modern. Plenty of selection at breakfast. Bed very comfortable. Reception person was very helpful and empathetic when I injured myself.

“Beautiful hotel in a stunning location.”
We were on a cycling tour of the River Rhine undecided to stay for 2 nights for some pampering and relaxation. Location was lovely with a day trip to Rudesheim very accessible, and the cable car over the Rhine fabulous. Breakfast was very good and spa facilities excellent.

“Simply an amazing hotel , very relaxing indeed”
A very new and beautiful hotel with many surprising corner for shots. Very instagramable . And it’s has a very relaxing view which makes your stay very enjoying and relaxed. Too bad was in a rush for other places so didn’t manage to see all the facilities . Definitely will be back again . So in love with it .

“A great location for cultural exploration, totally neglected because its New Age wellness business”
One of the greatest locations on the Rhine (from Cologne to Mainz), beautiful, with a great river walk to the "Stadt am Strom" museum, very well presented and a must if you are a fan of Hildegard von Bingen - there is a nice Hildegard garden next to it. Very quiet for a Rhine location: you don't hear the motorways or fast roads, nor the trains. And you are next to the ferry to Rüdesheim, a close walk to the Rhine ship stops. Great breakfast, great indoor pool.
