“Will n ot stay again as we could nottrust the site to even know we were coming.........”
When my wife tried to check in they didn't know she was coming. They did not have keys available nor what room she was in. It was a condo type set up and after extensive delays they eventually contacted the owner of the condo and keys were obtained. We had tried to confirm details MANY times previously both by email and direct phone cal from Australia. We could never receive a replay from this accommodation. We don't know who we were actually dealing with at the property... clerk...an agent....some random off the street??????
