Everything really; lovely apartment, well equipped, clean, comfortable and felt very secure. It is a convenient location for regular trams, into old town and other visitor attractions, and they were really cheap, especially with the travel card left in the apartment. Ana was a fabulous host. So responsive to messages and gave regular helpful advice when asked. I would thoroughly recommend!

“Lovely apartment”

Lovely apartment, beautifully furnished. Not that I used the kitchen which looked well equipped, but otherwise great facilities. In a very quiet location but not far from tram and metro and some bars and restaurants. 30 min walk to the Guggenheim and 20 to San Mamés. Ana was very helpful with lots of tips for the city.

Spotless apartment, very well designed and decorated, with absolutely everything in it. Comfy beds with nice bedsheets, plenty of towels, washing soap and gell, very well equipped kitchen, including oil, rice, pasta, coffee pods and milk in the fridge. Located at one end of the tramway, La Casilla, we've been offered a free transport card that can be topped up, yet the city center is 20 min on foot. Parking is free and there are supermarkets near by.

Beautifully appointed apartment

Ana was a great host! Super helpful with lots of recommendations and guidance about Bilbao. She left coffee pods and milk along wigh lots of chocolates which were nice touches. She also provided a travel card for us to get the tram easily. The apartment was really homely and beautiful to stay in!

Ana was a fantastic host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and communicated clearly with us every step of the way, despite the language barrier. The apartment was extremely comfortable, truly a home away from home. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from a great local supermarket and many bars and restaurants, as well as both tram and train stops. The secure parking was a bonus, as was the free transport card provided to us at check in.

Communication was excellent and the host met us outside the apartment to both show us the way and guide us to the nearby parking location. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with all required facilities. The layout was spacious with plenty of room for four travellers. There was even a transport card provided that we used in the city.

Our host Ana was amazing. Before arrival we were well informed, and she answered all our questions with no hesitation. On arrival we received a lot of valuable information about the area and city. She was very helpful with our late and delayed arrival and making sure we got the keys. The apartment is on the expensive side, but when you take in the service, the provided transport card and all the little service things we received during our stay, we were very happy with our choice. If we make it back to the city to see a football game someday, we will contact Ana again.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment with every possible thing you could need. The private parking is a big plus and the host provides a card for the public transport which takes you to the Guggenheim in 10 minutes. The host is very friendly and responsive and will do everything she can to help.
