“Ideal for a short inner city stay”

The apartment is very central, situated on the edge of the old quarter and most parts of the city are easily accessed on foot. it's only a few minutes to the Plaza Nueva and many restaurants and a good quality Indian takeaway is at the bottom of the street (Himalaya Curry and Tandoori Restaurant). The apartment was very clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Pet friendly as well. Parking is some distance away but the owner provided clear instructions and we obtained a discounted rate for our stay. In summary, a perfect location for a short city break!

Location was great. The host had left T-bags, coffee, dish soap, kitchen roll, shampoo, toilet rolletc for us which is always a welcomed bonus. Property was clean. Great high pressure in the shower. Spacious appartment.

“The perfect city trip”

Apartment had room enough to unpack all our stuff, and facilities to rest from a yourney and prepare for the next. Host was wonderful: spoke English, reacted very quickly, gave us nice tips and offered his help for much more. Location really made it a good basis to explore Bilbao and beyond: a beautiful walk separated us from the Guggenheim museum, and even just a much shorter stroll away form Casco Viejo, immediately revealing an entrance to the Bilbao Metro. Metro L1 and L2 giving direct access to Bilbao outskirts such as Portugalete and Areeta, but also to Sam Mamés connecting to the Intermodal station where the buses are to allow further excursion to e.g. San Sebastián. Coming back to the apartment allows to relax, just far enough away from the city buzz, and if necessary after filling a shopping bag in a nearby grocery store.

“Roomy apt in Bilboa old town”

Location was great - about 6 minutes from the local plaza and metro stop; about a 30 minute walk to Guggenheim. Lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. Apt was roomy. Kitchen well-equipped.

It was near to the centre and we were given very helpful instructions from the flat owner about parking and things to do. The flat was spacious, clean and well equipped.

Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, pet friendly and walkable to all major sites, very attentive host! Wifi worked great, had a useful washing machine and dishwasher, elevator was a huge bonus. 5 min walk to some great restaurants and bars
