It is 10 minutes’ walk from Bilbao Abando Train Station. Each room is individually decorated with unique, hand-made furnishings and artistic finishes inspired by Basque culture. Each one has a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Pensión Basque Boutique have a shared lounge area where guests will find tourist information. There is a wide range of restaurants and bars in the area, where guests can try Basque pintxos. Casco Viejo Metro Station and La Ribera Tram Station are within 300 metres of the hotel. Buses to Bilbao Airport leave from Plaza Moyua Square and take about 20 minutes. This establishment reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival.

“Comfortable, enjoyable and good value for money.”
Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a window for fresh air. Blackout curtains. Water in the room and coffee which I liked. Nice foyer with a space to make tea or coffee. Bathroom was fine. Room was very clean. Receptionist in the mornings was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

“Beautiful gem”
Excellent position within the old town; walking distance to numerous sites of interest and places to eat & drink. Under ten minutes walk from the station. Quaint and characterful room, verry comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent hot shower. It's worth noting there is no lift but stairs manageable. Staff were very lovely, helpful, and welcoming.

“Great stay in old Bilbao”
We had a great weekend in Bilbao, the location just inside the old town is perfect to explore the city on foot. Really comfortable and all staff we met were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

“Love this place”
The perfect place to stay for a few days in Bilbao. It’s like an oasis of calm right in the centre of the old town. Lovely room and staff very helpful. Self check in was very easy.

“Top location / Kind staff”
The location, staff and the level of cleanliness is what stands out for this property. All the amenities are within walking distance. Guggenheim museum is a 20 min walk but is very enjoyable as is along the river.

The Pensión was situated in a great location in Bilbao Old Town. It was very clean with really helpful staff. I would happily stay there again.
