I would rather have had breakfast included. The independent cafe attached was OK, but if you are on a budget, it wasn't cheap. Better to go to an ordinary local bar and get a continental breakfast.

“Misleading listing”

“Very disappointed”
The unit was clean, beds comfortable, except for the bunk bed, which really is only suitable for children. There were 2 single beds and a bunkbed for 3 adults. The bunkbed was not suitable.

“Perfect for value”
Super clean and minimalistic. Warm and cosy (we needed only a place to sleep and a fridge). Stuff super friendly and accommodating. We could leave luggage after check out. Bus station is just around the corner. Lots of places to eat out in the area + Mercadona 10min walk

“Great location and place to rest”
The location is great, 2 minutes walk to San Mames transport hub (intermodal, metro, etc...). And even more important to the stadium of the, unique in the world, Athletic Club! ☺️ The apartment was spotless and amazing to sleep due to the excellent sound isolation. The gym, if you're staying just for a few days, has enough equipment for a proper workout.

“Bargain for option for solo traveller.”
Close to football stadium, main bus station (great for airport bus). Modern rooms with comfy bed! Everything was clean. Great value for money. Quiet, with little noise from other rooms and outside street news. This felt much safer and comfortable than a hostel option.
