The hotel is very cosy, staff very friendly and hospitable. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the Intermodal, which allows for easy travel to many other cities nearby and back to the airport.

The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Above all, the location is perfect, in particular with the proximity to the San Mames!

The adapted room had excellent facilities. The reception staff were incredibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent above the bus terminal, and close to the metro and tram stops.
