“Exceptional comfort and location”

The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, separated from the host's apartment to ensure privacy. The building is located close to a subway station and several bakeries/restaurants. There's also a small room equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and a minibar; coffee capsules, tea bags, some sodas and biscuits are available. The hosts were kind to offer us natural orange juice in the morning and traditional pastries! Besides their sympathy, the hosts are very knowledgeable about the city's transportation and tourist attractions. Availability to adjust check-in times and the possibility of storing luggage after checkout allow you to make the most of your stay. We truly loved our stay here! :)

“Welcoming and clean accommodation with excellent hosts - a perfect location in the centre of Bilbao”

The location was excellent for us as it was in the centre of town with all the attractions within walking distance. The facilities were excellent and Bernar and Itziar were the perfect hosts (thank you for the fridge contents and the cakes!). Parking was underground (very secure) and only a few yards away from the accommodation. Bernar had a very good system for meeting and guiding our car to the parking area. The accommodation consisted of a bedroom, separate bathroom and little sitting room with fridge/microwave etc. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. It has its own front door which is completely separate from the host's accommodation. Bernar was also a great tour guide with suggestions of what to see and routes to follow in the city. Definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be in rhe centre of Bilbao.

The most wonderful and pleasant hosts we have encountered in a very long time. Felt more like family. Went out of their way to make sure we were takien care of. Would definitely stay here again next time we pass through Bilboa. Location is excellent. The location is excellent as well. ❤️

Bernar the host was amazing, so very helpful. He met us in the street and guided us to the parking. He even helped with the suitcases to the room. The welcome pack was fantastic, coffee, cold beer, water and soft drinks. We even had two cakes left for us one day. 5 stars ***** for this accommodation, it made our trip to Bilbao most memorable. “I would definitely recommend Bernar’s cosy room and would return again”

The location of the property couldn’t be matched, 5 minutes in one direction for the river and Guggenheim etc, 10/15 minute walk to the old town and countless bakeries, cafe/bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We were met by Bernar, the owner of the property who through Google translate was full of useful information and maps of Bilbao. This was our 2nd visit, last year we stayed in the old town and as it was only for one night didn’t get an opportunity to explore. The accommodation is located in Bernar’s apartment, his living area is to the front of the apartment and we had a bedroom, private bathroom and small living/kitchen area to ourselves. It is spotless, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has all you need including hair drier, straighteners, cotton wool pads and box of tissues ( just nice little touches). The living area has coffee/tea making facilities, crockery and cutlery, pods, milk and a some snacks. There was a couple of tins of coke, beer and water in the fridge - very thoughtful. Bernar even left us some pastries from the bakery on Sunday morning which was very kind and they were delicious. He was very accommodating and let us keep our luggage until we left for the airport. Bilbao is a beautiful city, and one of the most pedestrian friendly I’ve ever been to. Walks are plentiful and there are seats everywhere. We walked up to the viewing point where you can look out over the city and mountains in the background - you can also take the cable car if you don’t fancy the walk.

“Definitely the best place to stay in this price range that I've been to”

No breakfast. But there was a small living room for guests to use, with a coffee maker, tea maker, tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, cookies, sweet snacks, etc. All this was included in the price. This accommodation was one of those happy surprises when all expectations are exceeded. Definitely the best place to stay in this price range that I've been to. For me the location was perfect. The district itself was stylish and cozy. Lots of good restaurants and bars around. The Guggenheim Museum is around the corner. The old town can be reached by tram in a few minutes or by foot (about half an hour from me). The owners helped and advised in everything.
