“Great 2days vacation in nice hotel”
Good place as for Bila Tserkva small city, everything is good. Great location on the river.

“Highly recomanded.”
The location is quite good since it is a bit further from the downtown. The river view was amazing, food was good as well. The staff was helpful and nice. It felt very safe and peaceful (though there is a war going on).

“Rikabar”
I stayed there 5 nights cause of I paid all at the check in and I couldn’t cancel the booking. First night I stayed the room no 4 ; ceiling is low, room is small, and no protection on the window ( room has one window ) . Water flows very much from the shower . I decided to change the room with extra charge and move to room number 3. Receptionist Irina looked and said that ok we may change the room. Later 1. Manager ( man) talked in Ukrainian language to my girl friend and said it’s not possible cause of unbelievable reasons. He created a problem. Then I called the customer service of booking.com . After customer service’s mail to property 2 .day 2. Manager Olena talk to us with apologies and we move to room No 3 . This room was large and very beautiful view. Bed is so hard. Water flows from the shower. But ok . I told the wrong things to Olena . I think that she does care about that. The accommodation does care about restaurant more than hotel. Restaurant is nice. Food is ok. Location and view is wonderful in nature near the river.
