Very poor staff and management...we reached Bikaner @11.30 pm, informed the manager about our late arrival,he agreed via phone...when we reached Bikaner and called the manager,he bluntly refused to accommodate,we requested as we hadn't booked plz allow late arrival,he was rude..he would have refused earlier ,we would have booked other hotels..

It's perfect location in bikaner city. Most of important places on walking distance. I really felt safe even middle of night when I came back from wedding. It's good place to met other tourist and chat on terrace during dinner

“Great service and host in Noushad.”
Service was excellent. Noushad was a great host and took care of our every need during the time at the hotel. The owner was also very friendly. They organized cheap tours for us and Noushad personally came with us and served as a good guide. That can definitely be recommended. Besides that the room was good value for money. Not luxurious, but bed was comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom could have bit a bit more clean, but it was overall fine. The breakfast and Noushad's omelets were great.

Everything was perfect ! I booked a dorm bed but I got a free upgrade to a private room. All amenities were great and the Staff was more than obliging. I asked him for some recommendations and he even took me around the city and brought me to the spice market. We had a great time very kind staff, big shoutout. He even boiled eggs and gave me coffee. Definitely worth your money very cheap stay(150 rupees). If you are in Bikaner don’t miss out on that
