“Pathetic!”

The restaurant palki and the staff there! There were so many flies in the restaurant and on telling the staff, I stop doing anything about it they laughed about it. Dinner time 1 fly went in a glass of water and another on our food. Then again in the morning it was full of flies with loadshedding as well. The waiters were forgetting the food that we were ordering and on telling them repeatedly also there was argument from their side ( waiter vipul) that this is the best we can do. We ordered dosas… we were 6 so 6 dosas. Each time they did not serve sambar and chutney with it and we had to ask for it. After asking and they getting the dosas went absolutely cold. They forgot to serve simple tomato sandwiches, poha and grill sandwiches. Wen asked again they got all wrong stuff even wen I explained how to make it since I was with my mil who is a cancer patient. She is allergic to cucumber and even after telling them that they had the audacity to serve already made tomato cucumber sandwich with cucumber removed from it. Good that we opened the sandwich and saw that a small piece of cucumber was there. There were at least 3-4 more incidents like this and I am tired of writing. It was really pathetic!

I have stayed in many hotels across India but this hotel blew my mind. What a service provided by the management, especially the reception staff, they greet us with " Namashkar " and complete the check-in process very fast in a minute and they also escort us to the room, we checked in at the base Booked category room as booked, but as per request they upgraded our room On full complimentary basis to superior category rooms. We will definitely visit this place again.

Stay was really great with warm welcoming and the the property is beautifully built in heritage view, all the staff were very helpful especially Rahul help alot, like to visit again

Very limited breakfast items. Bad preparation. Broken toaster would either burn the toast or leave it untoasted. Items would be finished and not get refilled even though there were limited options. No eggs available ("pure veg").

Nestled in the quaint place in Naino Ka Basin in Bikaner is Gaj Kesari, the entrance itself is so grand that your heart stops beating at the sight of it. The Hospitality is just exceptional, I felt like a royal. I had the opportunity to have dinner with Mrs. Rampuria and she made me feel at home. She has so much love to give and so down to earth that you would feel at the top of the world. They made a special arrangement of bed for me since I suffer from back pain, and boy was it a delight. I woke up fresh every single day. Mr. Sampat in the restaurant is an absolute charm he would feed you with a smile and he will make sure you don't go to sleep hungry. I had a wonderful royal 7 days of my life.

Very nice team ..Mr Narayan rathore was too accommodative..sampat from service is true asset to the hotel..I missed name of front desk staff who took my check out..excellent guy he is ..working since 7 years there ..itself indicating how lovely property and people are..lots of love to all members of gaj keshri ...will see you soon ...
