“A new favourite place”

Incredibly fortunate to stay here while visiting Tuscany for our friends wedding at nearby Valle de Badia! The family were incredible hosts, with local recommendations and tasty breakfasts. The house was cool even in the heat, and the Aircon in the rooms a welcome treat after an evening of dancing. Upon arrival we cooled down in the garden, and knew we'd found somewhere special. Easy parking outside for the hire car, Pisa airport is only 30 mins drive away and a lovely bustling town on your doorstep. We hope to be back many times in the future. Grazie mille x

Very nice breakfast, very sympathatic hosts who gave very useful touristic tips. They know the region very well and can adjust their recommendations to their guests wishes. As a plus : the host is multilingual (fr-eng) !

Beautiful B&B, well maintained and in a stunning location. We felt so well looked after during our stay. Breakfast in the sunny garden was a joy.

The entire experience staying here exceeded my expectations - every detail within the B&B was considered, from the beautiful, calming room to the homemade breakfasts - granola, pastries, cakes. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, very helpful and friendly, making our first trip to Italy a fantastic experience. I can not thank them enough for making us feel so welcome and accommodating. Thank you SO much!! We shall return!

Well where do I start 😀 this is an absolutely wonderful property in all aspects, it’s in a great location near lovely restaurants and shops near the town centre but with easy parking straight outside property. The house itself is amazing with lots of character and beautiful decor , my room was warm cosy beautifully decorated with every amenity , en-suite with lovely large shower and very comfortable double bed. The breakfast was wonderful with the best fresh pastries home baked cake and best ever coffee ☕️ of course 😀 the staff are wonderful it’s a family business so I met mum and dad and the daughter served me breakfast and all were so friendly 😀 we will definitely come again 10 out of 10 😀

The hosts were amazing and we felt like part of the family. The breakfast was very tasty and the catered to me as a vegan. The fresh croissants and cakes were delicious. The room was clean and had all we needed.

Sebastiano and Paola were excellent hosts. Preparing a different breakfast every day in the time we needed it. The room was comfortable and very clean with service every day.

Lovely property in a great location. We stayed for a wedding taking place a 10 minute drive away. The hosts were amazing and really accommodating, even booking us a taxi when we struggled to find one. It had a very homely feel with a lovely little garden area where we spent most of our time. Would stay here again if we were ever back in Tuscany again :)

What an amazing B and B - beautiful property and garden, excellent location between Pisa, Lucca and Florence perfect base of you want to visit all three with Pontedera down the road to get the train. Francesca couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind and catered to our every need. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding with home made cakes and savoury and sweet options. Parking was always available outside. The village of Bientina was lovely and nearby Buti is very pretty - the best way to sample Tuscany. Some nice restaurants although a lot were fully booked when we went out for food. There was work going on next door whilst we were there. And although the workman started early they were respectful and quiet and Francesca was very apologetic about the noise but didn’t need to be as it was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was very nice, with a comfortable bed, crisp white linen, lovely bathroom and good air conditioning. Francesca was the perfect host and laid on a wonderful breakfast each morning.

The family who own the B&B were great! Francesca was so welcoming and helpful. Paula even ironed our outfits for the wedding we were going to. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. There was parking right outside the door. There is a lovely garden outside where we had breakfast and could chill.
