“Very comfortable stay and we felt very welcome”

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. We were able to store and charge our e-bikes in a spare room just next to reception. Our suite was carpeted, comfortable and with great air conditioning. Breakfast was extensive and fresh. There were blockout shutters for the adjacent well-lit plaza.

This was my second time staying at Agora Palace Hotel in Biella, and once again it exceeded my expectations. It truly feels like a home away from home.The breakfast is delicious and it’s the perfect way to start the day. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is also outstanding, with rooms and common areas kept in excellent condition at all times. What really makes this hotel special is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is relaxed and pleasant, making every stay enjoyable and comfortable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Nice easy parking, great breakfast, hotel restaurant was also excellent we ate there both nights. Very pleasant staff. Both receptionists were fantastic & multilingual. A hotel of this calibre is a rare find.

At 4 star a open bar or restaurant is expected.

Where to begin! Perfectly clean and comfortable room and bathroom, suuuper soft and wide bed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Very nice parking. The whole hotel is just perfect, I don’t understand why they’re not 5 stars.

A Nice Hotel with amazingly friendly staff, a convenient Parking Garage and a good Location to start your Visit of Biella. The Rooms are nice an spacious an clean and the Breakfast Buffet is just amazing.

This is an excellent hotel and the staff could not be more friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast in the rooftop’s restaurant is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.
