Overview
This hostel is located in the centre of Bielefeld, a 10-minute walk from the Alter Markt historic district. Built on the site of a former bicycle factory, Bielefeld JBB Jugendgästehaus features futuristic architecture and modern industrial design. The bright rooms include a private bathroom with shower, and Wi-Fi is available in public areas. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning in the spacious dining room. Lunch and dinner are also served here, and vending machines and barbecue facilities are also available. The 24-hour reception at JBB Jugendgästehaus offers a tour desk. Myself and an older woman weren't able to get into our rooms because we got to the Check-in too late. We had to wander around in the night and cold trying to find a new place. Please please please add more explicit notes about the early check-in.

“Terrible place with terrible staff and location”
Nothing really. This is soo overpriced. This stay was terrible and I stayed as I was after 10 hours of constatnt druve and tired- otherwise would leave.

Wonderful area. Very beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was also very good. Different varieties and constant refill. Way better than I expected. The check in was smooth and the lady at the reception was friendly. The location is also wonderful. Directly where a tram station is and 5 minutes away to take the bus.

Staff very friendly & accommodating. Assisted with arranging a 3.45am taxi for us and even gave us a packed lunch to take away because of the very early start.

“The JBB is a fine place when you need to be in Bielefeld for a few days”
Friendly and efficient staff, proper German breakfast with all the trimmings, and a well located site with interesting architecture, the JBB was a great place to stay, especially for the historic city. Great transit access for getting around further afield in Bielefeld.
