A beautiful place to relax. We stayed in the tiny house. Tiny but mighty, with everything you need to enjoy it there. Nice terrace to the garden. Phantastic owners.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed vacation home with a nice atmosphere, this is the place to go. The house itself is very cute and has everything one needs for cooking and relaxing. Overall the entire concept is very well thought through and I really appreciate the attention to detail the hosts put into the accommodation. The garden/patio is super nice and I would say that the house and garden are even nicer in real life than they appear in the pictures. The house is right next to a forest and still, the beach, bus line, supermarkets, and Bidart can be reached by foot. If you like to work out and are as annoyed by crappy hotel gyms as me, search no longer. The CrossFit equipment is top-of-the-notch notch and where else can you do your entire workout outside in the sun/shade (depending on the daytime ofc)? I loved it. If you are not familiar with CrossFit or would like to get some professional advice, the hosts who are very experienced with CrossFit (and highly passionate about it) are happy to help out. Speaking of the hosts, they really were incredibly welcoming, providing us with a warm reception and a wealth of local insights. The passion they have for the Basque country and providing their guests with a good time is absolutely heartwarming. And indeed, the area is wonderful and I would recommend it over the highly touristic Biaritz (which you can still reach in 30min by bus) any time. If you prefer going for a surf, the beach is a 15-minute walk and also accessible by car. Maybe you do not want to work out during your holiday at all? No problem. In fact, we also spent most of the days at the beach, cooking, or taking a bath in the jacuzzi. I rarely give the full rating for any accommodation but this one truly deserves it. It exceeded our expectations in every way and is an extraordinary retreat that we cannot wait to return to! Kudos to Celine and Peter for being such dedicated hosts!
