We had a great stay here and would definitely consider a return visit. Rooms were immaculate and simply decorated and everything we needed was there. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location. Rooms we adequate for us . Lovely views from balcony. Cant rate breakfast aswe did not take up the offer. Ate in the restaurant one night and food was enjoyable.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach in Bidart, lovely small friendly hotel, public rooms very stylish Bedroom a little in need of refurbishment, too many items of furniture, hence 4 stars but clean and comfortable with a good shower and lovely shower gel. Absolutely fantastic view , all rooms have the same incredible view. Great parking facility. Very reasonably priced restaurant for dinner, very good food, choice of menu du jour or a la carte. Friendly staff. Very clean.

We were very dissappointed that there was only a receptionist until 10pm. After that no one until 7:30 am. We arrived late around 11 and no one called to tell us. I did not see this information in any email. Hotels have reception 24 hours in Spain. We paid another room and then happened to see an email where they did provide details to access the room. We had to ask for reimbursement from the other hotel and go back, It was a real big hassle that could have been avoided by clearly indicating check in must be befor 10pm

Parking easy/ great location overlooking beach/ close to Bidart Town/ Biarritz and Jean De Luz. Great sea views/ fab balcony. Nothing to dislike. Great food/ excellent service.

I've stayed in dozens of places in France, and surely this is one of the best three-star hotels I've ever stayed in in this country. Right at the beach with huge balconies overlooking nothing but the ocean, the waves crashing 24/7. Well-suited room equipped with coffee and tea, huge bed. A special THANK YOU to the amazing staff, two ladies, one of them called Fanny. They were just PERFECT: attentive, welcoming, personable, enthusiastic.

So easy to find , near shops & restaurants , overlooking a lovely beach , direct access to the beach . Fabulous location !! Hotel is lovely , with lovely garden & easy private parking. The manager Julian should get 12 out of 10, he is very interested in guests happiness . All the staff are friendly & helpful .
