“Comfortable & Cosy”
Bright, compact studio with all the facilities and equipment you'll need. Lovely balcony with an open aspect. Perfect for my sole occupancy but also suited for a couple. Superb communication with owner. 10 minutes walk to centre of town with bus stop outside with regular and frequent buses to all parts of town, including directly to the airport.

Loved absolutely everything: perfectly located in quiet and safe neighbourhood, yet only an easy 10 mins walk from the Grand Plage and the centre. The studio apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want for a comfortable stay, and the large balcony much appreciated. I could have not been happier, and most importantly: Patrice is a fantastic host, who is evidently committed to providing a great customer service and unforgettable experience.

“A wonderful stay in Biarritz!”
Whilst the apartment was small it had everything you needed. It was extremely clean and the check in and out process was seamless. Perfect for a stay in Biarritz!

The Studio is tiny, but the big sliding door to the balcony sitting area made it feel more spacious. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay was provided, we especially appreciated the washing machine! We loved the location, just a short walk to everything. Fabrice was a great host, check in was easy.

“Excellent tiny apartment.”
The St Charies shops about 5 minutes away are charming, as if you are in a gorgeous rustic French town with incredible restaurants, when actually you are only 15 minutes walk from ritzy Biarritz. The bathroom at this tiny apartment was the best, cleanest bathroom we had in France, with a good shower. Nice little touches at the apartment like beautiful jam which we used. The balcony with its retractable awning was great.

Loved the apartment, well suited our visit. Small apartment but perfect for a couple who would rather explore Biarritz than to chill at home. About a 10-15 minute walk to the Grande Plage. Very friendly host, will definitely come back!
