“Good basic apartment for a short stay”

Location was great, helpful reception staff, good underground parking if not a little awkward to manoeuvre in. Our Apartment no.301 was fine, 2 single beds , basic but all the facilities we needed. Small balcony. Overlooked main road so a little noisy at times but it was just a base for us so not a problem. Clean swimming pool

Perfect location, close to all amenities, centre of town and Port des Pecheurs with three great restaurants.

Great location, close to beach and city centre,. It was nice to have a reception area on arrival and during our stay. Everything about after hours entry was explained clearly to us and was easy to manoeuvre

The room stank of cigarettes and the corridor smelt bad too. The light switch didn’t work entering the room. The room did not resemble the photographs online at all. Went to complain but as I had checked in on Saturday night there were no staff there on Sunday at all. I checked out early and spent two nights on the floor in a family member’s apartment rather than staying here

Dear Hotel : In France in June , The weather is always hot than UK, Offer a fan is very important for hot night. There is no air condition , but at least has one little fan . My son and I were cooked in the most hot day in Biarritz .

Fantastic location looking out over 'La Grande Plage' and within easy walking distance of the 'Fisherman's Port' which had some great restaurants. Close to main shopping and fish market where you can try a good selection of oysters. We booked the residence parking which was convenient but only really suitable for small cars. To be honest, the airport was 8 minutes from residence so in future we'd just use a taxi. Lovely walks all along beach in both directions. We will definitely be returning. The Victoria Residence staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Laura, who was very kind.

Great view (we were on the 10th floor), right on the coast, unbelievable views and a very short stroll to restaurants and facilities. The kitchenette is very well equipped with practically everything you'd need and bathroom spotless and big enough. Lots of storage to unpack and balcony a great bonus.
