Perfect accomodation, staff to greet us and the bed was so comfortable. We also got advice on where to eat and the market area was very good.

We loved the location. Just a short walk to the main bay and also lovely walk down to the old fishing village - and all the lovely restaurants down there. The hotel was spotless - had a lovely pool. We had a room with a balcony with a great view over the bay. Great breakfast buffet provided in the morning too and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our very short stay of one night - wished it had been more!

“Nice apartments in good location”

Nice appartment (I had premier room with sea view) with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Swimming pool area nice - water good temperature. Location good for exploring region - Biarritz has excellent public transport system. If you arrive by plane take the #11 bus from just outside terminal to stop Jardin Publique (450m from Residence) costs 1.5 euro.

Loved the location - we had one of the older units in front of the new taller block and it was great with a balcony view looking directly over the surf beach. The pool was lovely too (very popular). Plenty of good restaurants nearby and also a lovely swimming beach.

We were in the building across the road from reception - an older building I would say. Had a lovely spacious 2 bed apt with balcony. Views over the surfing beach were exceptional! Balcony big enough to sit out on. Nice swimming pool (with separate small pool for kiddies). Easy walk to beaches shops restaurants. Perfect apartments for families I would say, even though we went as a couple.

It’s a perfect family hotel! Close to the beach and excellent restaurants. There’s a small kitchen area and the bathroom and toilet are separate which is great. Fantastic views and a good sized balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful too!
