Fantastic location. Apartment had plenty of space and a fully functional and modern kitchen. Xavier was very helpful at correspondence and supporting our needs with a young baby.

“A lovely stay right in the middle of biarritz”
What a lovely apartment! Super central, so easy to get all around biarritz on foot from there. Xavier was a great host, offering us bag storage and late check out! Apartment had everything we needed for a few days.

“Great place, watch the stairs.”
Great location, host, and equipment in kitchen. Really quiet. As long as you're very mobile, stairswise it's a great place. The other apartment also had a metal spiral staircase.

“Property was great, but the host was even better!!”
Perfect location. Around the corner from restos and bars, yes on a quiet street without noise. We stay in the 2 bed flat that had everything we needed and was spotless clean. The best… the amazing host who tried his best to make our stay comfortable and easy and this… is priceless.

“Convenience personified. Beautiful area.”
This property is up there for convenience, cleanliness and functionality. The owner has thought of practically everything, down to the wine bottle opener. Disregard any negative reviews about bathroom layouts. Shower facilities are in-room en suite style, separated by a dividing wall (no door), suitable for couples. Privacy not an issue. We booked 1st Floor apartment with balcony. Beautifully decorated. The seperate W.C in in the hall outside bedroom doors.

“Excellent stay and amazing host.”
Xavier was an excellent host and the location is amazing, right next to Les Halles in the center and all Biarritz beaches are walkable by foot.
