Excellent location

Wonderful staff, always willing to help. The breakfast is amazing.

Located a short walking distance from the ski lifts. The hosts were lovely, accommodating, helpful, approaching. No question seemed like too much ask. A really good breakfast is served with selection of cooked and fresh/ cold food. It is a family run establishment, and hosts do an amazing job otherwise it. It was a good value for money.

The host is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is very good, multiple types of food. The location is very good, very close to the ski tracks and the restaurants. Very good heat inside the room, compared to other locations in Poland where we stayed in the past. We definately recommend this place.

The breakfast was amazing, there were many kind of dishes, varying day to day and everything was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful, the location is good, it's in the centre with many shops and restaurants available, the ski bus station is also close.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. During check-in, they provided detailed information about everything. The hotel offers two parking areas, including a large one behind the hotel, which is especially convenient since parking spaces are scarce in this area. The breakfasts are extremely varied—probably some of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. There is a wide selection of dishes, including many options for children: pancakes, jelly, cereals, desserts, yogurt, and a coffee machine with a variety of beverages. The atmosphere feels more like a guesthouse with warm and hospitable hosts rather than a typical hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally attentive. A special thanks to the staff member who noticed that we had forgotten some of our belongings. She managed to catch us near our car to return them—such thoughtful service! Our room was on the top floor!

“Comfortable Stay with Easy Access to Zakopanem”

I had a great stay here. It’s just a 12-minute walk to Terma Bania, where there’s a shuttle bus that makes it very easy to get to Zakopane. This was a huge convenience for exploring the area. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room is also disability-friendly, which is a big plus. Breakfast was fine. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-located place to stay. I’d happily come back!

Nice place to stay, nice personnel, delicious breakfast. Close to Terma Bania, you can go by foot there. Near you can find shops and restaurant and many stands with typical polish souvenirs.
