“Perfect hotel in good location”
It’s close to the ski slopes and Bania Thermal; The chice of breakfast would fit to a 4 or even 5 star hotel. Nice, helpful and English speaking staff Very well equipped playroom

Walk distance to the Kotelnica Ski Resort. This is invaluable in high season when Bialka suffers from constant traffic, so it's quite time consuming to get to the resort in any other way than on foot.

“I’ve stayed here twice and will stay again”
My second time at this property, it has everything you need and very close to slopes (8min walk). Dinner every evening was delicious, supermarket next door.

The hotel itself was okay, but the price was not adequate for the standard offered. In my opinion The biggest advantage is the location — a major plus. It is very close to the ski slope and the ski bus, which made getting around extremely convenient.

I book the room 14 sq. m. It was an option on the booking.vom tree variants 10m2; 11 m2; and 14m2. I choose the most expensive 14m2 and pay for it. I have a direct confirmation. From booking.com where we can see 14 m2. They give me 10m2 and tried to prove that I made mistake. But it was not true. Finally they give me my room! 🤦♂️ It took a lot of time and was unprofessional.

The hotel is clean and well equipped, with gym and billiards. The breakfast has a lot of options and changes slightly every day. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Terma Bania and largest ski resort and you can book Terma Bania ticket through the front desk for a discount, which is really nice. The staffs are warm and friendly, the restaurant on the ground floor is better than expected, I ordered pork neck and honey raspberry beer and they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
