“Good location and Food”

Good location, able to walk with ski boots on to chair lift and button lift. It is also tucked out of the way so quiet as well. We stayed half board and as long as you are not food fussy it’s perfect. Rooms big and warm with plenty of storage and hanging space such as pegs. Staff helpful and we were able to store our bags before check in. Breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee was okay.

It was close to the ski resort and it had a good deal with half board and the room, beautiful views. Great place to stay :)

Location, staff were really considerate for our needs, helped to fix an issue with noisy neighbours straight away and took really attentiveness to our friend's dietary needs. Food was excellent!!

Excellent buffet breakfast and evening meal. Clean and quiet room with excellent view of the Tatras. Good ski lockers and short walk to ski lifts.

Amazing location. Hotel beautifully crafted from the beautiful metal fences outside, the gardens, the staircase is a wow. Balcony view of the mountains stunning. Spa perfect. Breakfast wonderful. Clean and friendly staff. The food was tasty but not a great deal of choice for the half board menu. Very limited vegetarian and dairy free options.

Nice interior, clean, tasty breakfasts

This is a real gem! Lovely surroundings, plenty of facilities and a great spa at no extra cost. The hotel is modern and clean and we had a balcony with a lovely view over looking the mountains. Couldn’t have had a better stay, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel's location is great if you want to go to Terma Bania, as we did; it's a 5-minute walk. The rooms are clean and very nice. Breakfast were amazing and hotel restaurant is open for dinner and has great atmosfere and meals.

We stay in this hotel regularly, everytime we come to Bialka. We like the location close to the slopes, the design of the hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Small wellness is nice, children´s area is also great. They serve very tasteful meals in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast has a lots of choice and variety.
