Everything was nice. Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The most amazing thing for our family was such a friendly and welcoming communication with the man ( hotel administrator) who checked us in. He was very genuine and ready to help.

We had the best Skiing holiday staying here. The owners were very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay the best. The apartment room we stayed in was great and was well equipped. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Breakfast very good, location was close enough to ski slopes so we could walk there and to shops and restaurants. Games room and kitchenette were an added bonus. Great advice from the owner regarding trips out etc

Hosts is incredibly helpful, probably the best i've ever met. facilities are clean, accommodating for ski/relax trips, Sauna is excellent, jaccuzi and outside fireplace for grilling are awesome additions. Easy communication, extra helpful staff, perfect place to stay. Do recommend and would come here again

Our stay in Białka Tatrzańska was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality was top-notch, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sight of the mountains was truly special. Plus, the location was perfect, close to everything we needed, from ski slopes to great local restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic place with one of the best welcome I had. The service was excellent and the staff was one of a kind. Close to the slope with ski transfer right outside. Superb breakfast and good restaurants around. Sauna room was great! We are coming back

The location was about 20 minutes away from the slopes, easily walkable but there's a ski bus close by as well. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. The owner and his son were incredibly helpful and just fantastic owners.
