“Good overall but some nuances are really annoying at this price point.”
Location is absolutely perfect for skiers, snowboarders and spa fans as it's nearby Kotelnica and Termy Bania. Room outfit is fresh and modern with traditional elements. Large parking space. Rooms are equipped appropriately to be able to prepare full family meals.

“Great location for skiing for all the family”
Great location, close to the main strip of bars and restaurants and next door to the ski slopes. everything was within walking distance. The apartment had superb cooking facilities, and ample parking.

“This is a disgraceful property that all travelers should avoid.”
This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced. I do not recommend this property to anyone under any circumstances. Infestation problem: during the night the bathroom was full of insects, and in the morning we found several in and around the bed. This was not cleanliness – it was a nightmare. Sleeping was impossible, and the risk of bringing these pests home in our luggage is very real. Photos will be attached as proof. Hotel’s attitude: after our complaint, the room was changed, but the “compensation” offered was an insulting 10% discount for a night spent among insects. This is not a compensation – it is a demonstration of disrespect and lack of responsibility from the hotel. Unsafe payment practices: at check-in we were asked to write down the full credit card number and expiry date on paper. This is a blatant violation of international security standards and a serious threat to guest financial safety. Unbearable noise: from day until 22:00 loud music blasted from a nearby water park about 300 meters away. Even with closed windows, it was impossible to rest in the room. This hotel does not meet even the most basic standards. There is no hygiene, no respect for guests, and no sense of responsibility. Instead of rest, we endured a sleepless night among insects, stress, and an insulting response from the hotel. This is a disgraceful property that all travelers should avoid.

Great location next to the Aqua park and the Mountains, everything new and really clean, quiet. We do recommend it.

“Absolutely recommended”
Absolutely recommended – smooth communication at both arrival and departure, dedicated parking behind a gate, modern apartment furnishings, well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend paying extra for the breakfasts, which were absolutely excellent. Terma Bania is within walking distance.
