Unfortunately, we forgot "Bear spray" in the kitchen (in the cabinet above the fridge). We realized that in the afternoon on our way back home and we immediately contacted reception. They said, they did not find anything during the cleaning eventhought I explained exact location where it was. We are pretty much disappointed, because this spray was brand new and price was about 60 EUR. We will not stay in this hotel anymore. They lost our trust.

“Nice play to stay in Białka Tatrzańska!”
It is cozy and has a good restaurant, jacuzzi, and sauna. The restaurant has super lovely service. There is enough space to park your car. If possible, take the highest available floor to get a better view.

The location is perfect, lovely and quiet street but also very close to the shops and restaurants. Goralska restaurant offers really tasty food and it is reasonably priced!
