“Perfect stay! Would definitely book again!”
Clean and pretty room! Friendly staff and warm rooms despite the snow outside!:) there are also lockers where you can store your sports equipment which is a must if your traveling for ski/snowboarding. Would definitely book again:)

Great location and a very nice hotel. Having 2 tooms and a living room was nice. The kitchinette had a small stove and dishes, pots, cutlery available. The shower was amazing! We would definitely come back! Thank you.

“Kind and helpful staff”
Staff very nice and helpful all the time, e.g. stored our fresh milk for kids in their fridge as we didn't notice we booked room without fridge. I am surprised some reviews said there is no room service or that they don't top up toilet papers etc. We were there 4 nights and room service came there every day and topped up automatically everything for us.

“It was okay, overpriced in majówka, not worth the price, but I would pay 300pln per night max.”
The property had nice rooms which had their own vibe, the TV was pretty old and tough. Bathroom was nice and washing liquids were a nice add on. The aparthotel staff were nice and the cleaning ladies were amazing! The restaurant itself was nice, tasty food in welcoming prices.

“Great stay close to the ski lift”
Beautifully equipped and cosy apartments, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food (we however did not use it as food in the hotel restaurant and everywhere else in Bialka is very tasty and at really affordable prices). Very close to the ski lifts. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even not fluently speaking english
