The property was very well maintain. In kitchen they have Induction, Refrigerator, Kettle, Toaster, Tea, Coffee & Sugar Sachet, Tea Patti etc. They have basic utensils for making tea and ready to eat food. There are many cafes at a walkable distance. The host Ishanbhai is a very nice human being. I fully recommend this villa to group and family travellers.

Our stay at this Bhuj, Shivani homestay was an absolute delight. If you have a mode of transportation, it is the best that one can have. Ofcourse, you can drive for food and lot of options are available for same. However, the property was very clean and comfortable, kitchen having all the items required for a cosy stay.

Spacious house, comfortable beds and sofas. Parking right outside so great for road trips. Location just South of Bhuj means it is quiet at night but offering easy access to the town by car. Hot water plentiful in all en-suite bathrooms. Towels available on request, just ask the owner.

The host Mr Ishaan was very Cordial and amiable. He made our stay very comfortable in his neat and clean villa. He also guided me to get the best out of our kutch tour. Thank you for the good support Mr Ishaan.

Shivani homestay exceeded our expectations and it was truely a gem! Also Ishan the host was very accomodating to our family schedule.

Best property I have ever come across. It really matches it's name luxurious homestay. This homestay has all the facilities that they have stated in the website. WiFi speed is pretty good and works in all rooms. The plus point was there are many restaurants and cafe's just 5 minutes away. Also I have ordered food from zomato, they are delivering at the property. I will recommend every family and group travellers stay at this property. Mr. Ishan is a kind and down to earth person. I wish him all the best.

The guesthouse was neat and clean and perfect for a family stay. Mr Ishaan, owner of the property is very kind and gentlemen.He guided us for the places to visit near bhuj . Restaurants are within 5 min distance from guesthouse ..there is mini kitchen inside house with induction, and can be used for making tea/ coffie Overall stay was very pleasent.

The Place is Good, Kitchen needs to be more Equipped. Very very basic Kitchen which does not satisfy the purpose of Taking a bunglow and staying for 2 nights. The host is a Great person and a very very cooperative person.

The Villa was very neat and clean, It has all modern furniture and facilities. Washrooms are pretty clean. Awesome place ! WiFi is good. Well maintained property. The host is gentleman (The most genuine person we have ever met). The location is best, it's just 10 minutes away from Jubilee Circle. All over great stay. I will definitely come again.
