Good day. The location is very nice, but there are a few things that need improvement in the apartment. The dining table chairs were broken; they should be replaced with better-quality and sturdier dining chairs. Also, the kitchen equipment is not sufficient, especially the cooking pots and their lids. At least two more pots with properly fitting lids should be added. Other than that, everything else is good and in good condition.
