This was a perfect stop over for us on our way down to the Alps & we will definitely be returning. Everything was clean & comfortable & our accommodation was more like a suite, with plenty of room for us to stretch out! Our host was extremely friendly & helpful & nothing was too much trouble.

Nice place and very nice helpful host

Very welcoming and genuine host. We were late and the host was very understanding and helpful. The property has a mature garden and homely rooms. Lovely breakfast and felt very welcome with our pets.

This is the type of host and house you dream about. Magical gardens, sooo relaxing and after a long horrid drive we just sat outside with bread etc and a bottle of wine. Syvie said “You looked stressed” and popped 2 ice cold beers on the table. The world and its worries faded away.

I would like to thank our host for the kind reception we received on arrival, the tea and biscuits in the garden was a real treat. We had a choice of delicious pastries and bread for breakfast.

Very nice owner and cute pets. We stayed with our dogs and it was perfect, nice big and closed garden. Room is totally fine and breakfast was good! (Breakfast is included)

Sylvie's house is in a lovely rural location in the Auvergne, nicely placed for out long drive though France into Spain. Her home is quirky and full of character including cats, friendly dog and massive garden! She is a friendly helpful host whose company we enjoyed over our pleasant breakfast.

“Perfection rural stopover”

A warm welcome from Sylvie. The house is full of character; the garden, which guests are welcome to use, is lovely. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There is also a pool which we were welcome to use.

We stopped for one night on our way to Spain. We had traffic issues, so we arrived after midnight. Sylvie, the owner, was so nice! She waited for us with a smile. The room was beautiful, the shower awesome, and that mattress! spectacular. We tried to book the same for our way back but, sadly, was complete. The next day, Sylvie arranged breakfast on a table in her beautiful garden. This was so nice, with French pastries and some homemade cakes to complete the feast. Super recommended!
