“Fabulous, I cannot wait for my next trip to the area, I know where I shall be for my accommodation.”
As someone who prefers to be somewhere other than in a hotel room when traveling on business, the views and the peace offered by this location above Bevagna is a wonderful spot with views across the valley to Assisi in the North and Trevi in the South, Bevagna down below and across to Foligno and Spello to the East. Set in rich Olive groves the views both by day and by night are spectacular. Chiara, the hostess is charming and wonderfully obliging and rightfully very proud of the property and the produce from the farm which includes their own Virgin Olive Oil and Sagrantino, a delightful red wine that is rare to find anywhere else in the World as it only produced in this small area of Umbria and the locals love to drink it meaning there is little or no volume to be exported out of the area.

“Rustic apartment in fantastic postcard view location. Lovely host.”
This is a beautiful property with postcard views. The host Chiara was lovely. We didn't have a car and Chiara gave us a lift into local town Bevagna for dinner one night. This is a lovely rustic old farm house with a lot of history.

“Great stay”
We had a perfect stay in Bevagna thanks to our host, Mrs. Chiara and her husband Andrea. The place offered excellent breakfast and it was of great pleasure to our kids who could play in the pool, in the olive fields or with the playground. We would stay here again on any trip in the Perugia region!

“This is Umbria at it's best!”
What a beautiful place in this Italian paradise. This is what they call a room/house with a view and a story. Nature, history and very friendly owners with fantastic wines and olive oil from their own house. A perfect place to discover the numerous places of interest in the environment!

“Friendly place with a great view”
The owners are incredible kind. The view is amazing. Perfect clean beds. We loved the swimming pool at the end of a hot day. Bevagna is a lovely town. From the apartment you can easily visit many beautiful towns.
