“Wonderfully relaxing with views of countryside out of this world!”

The property was exceptional. Beautifully kept gardens ( on a vast scale!) all tended by the hosts. The pool was top class -best ever abroad- which I had to myself most days! Elena & Stefano work so hard to keep up the standard required- nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was so good that it lasted us all day!!! The tranquil setting & the friendliness of our hosts made our stay the best ever in Italy.

Very friendly owners, always available when needed. Great breakfast, pool, area and so on. Clean apartment with very well working airco. Replacement of towels every other day and cleaning of the apartment during our stay. We certainly will come back.

Elena and Stefano were gracious hosts. Elena's home made pastries were delicious. Location is great, close to so many small towns. Great place to relax in the Umbrian countryside.

Fantastic location, peaceful, the view majestic, the land and the flowers everywhere are beautiful, my son loved running around! Proximity to so many places and small towns to visit in Umbria, we fell in love with the place and the area! Elena and Stefano are so pleasant to chat with and the breakfast options -all baked goods that are made by Elena!- were delicious every morning! We would travel back and stay there again in a heartbeat!
