The accommodation is terribly dirty and smelly. Ugly, old, and worn-out furniture. Slow internet, almost impossible to use. Mold in the bathroom...A miserable experience. I hope it helps, at least for the host to renovate the place. I have photos.

Very kind hosts welcoming us in their beautiful garden, the cozy house is surrounded by a stunning landscape. A lot of privacy and nice little spots in the garden to relax. Child-friendly with games and toys in the garden. It is quiet and still only 20 minutes drive from Perugia and Assisi. Location wise the perfect base for exploring the region by car.

The grounds were beautiful. The location is brilliant for visiting Umbria central to many of the must see sights. The owners were friendly and accommodating. a very peaceful location that made for a super week.
