I recently stayed at The Bethesdan Hotel, Collection by Hilton, located at 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, USA, and would like to share my impressions. **An excellent choice for a comfortable stay!** The Bethesdan Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location is very convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed by the services provided by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Sayora, who made our stay truly comfortable and pleasant. Her attentive attitude and professionalism deserve the highest praise. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty. Excellent conditions for both rest and work: fast Wi-Fi, convenient conference rooms, and cozy relaxation areas. The gym was well-equipped, which allowed me to stay in shape even during the trip. One of the main features of the hotel is the rooftop pool. The view from there is simply stunning, and swimming at such a height adds a special touch to the stay. It's a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day. I would also like to highlight the attention to detail and hospitality of the entire staff. They made our stay truly enjoyable and carefree. I recommend The Bethesdan Hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in this area!

The gym was great with lots of choice, multiple different bikes including a peloton. Room was a good size.

The staff, particularly in the dining room in the mornings, were very friendly and helpful. Liked the availability of breakfast sandwich & yogurt parfait option as opposed to full buffet. Parking lot tight, but spaces always available. Room was fine, quiet and clean; but no closet and the kitchenette was quite minimal

Very clean hotel, which feels like it’s recently been renovated. Big rooms with decent bathrooms and huge TVs. Ok breakfast with typical American food, friendly staff and a very good gym, accessible 24/7. Plus few dining options in the close proximity and a good commute to downtown DC on a red subway/metro line. All in all, a very pleasant family-friendly alternative to expensive DC hotels.

Good location for staying overnight when attending a conference at the NIH

The breakfast was not great and not worth the money. It was disappointing that it was not included with the room price.

I had a really positive experience staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance from the NIH where I was attending a two day meeting. During my time in Bethesda I lost my wallet with all my credit cards and photo ID. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful through this ordeal. They reviewed the security check in footage with me to help me retrace my steps and the events around the time I lost my belongings, the manager offered me to dine at the expense of the hotel on the evening I was dealing with my lost property and clearly stressed out and panicking and they helped me locate the nearest police precinct to report my missing items. They also were flexible in accepting alternative methods of paying for my stay and working with me given the circumstances I found myself in. Every single staff member was kind and patient and helpful. It was nice to not have to worry about meals and paying for my stay while I sorted out how to access funds and get back home. They really took care of a guest in distress which reflects the nature of he business they run and he culture of the staff. I highly recommend.

We checked in for one night. The only thing wrong with the Tapestry hotel by Hilton is the front desk staff. The front desk staff are not friendly and would not inform us about amenities like how the coffee machine worked in the room, where the elevators were located, information about parking, how to exit the garage,tourist attraction, restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation etc. When we checked in we encountered Eric he checked us in promptly so we didn’t have any issues with him. Checking out we encountered Rosa she didn’t ask how our stay was and how to exit the parking facility. I thought maybe she couldn’t wait to clock out and go home. Since she was rushing us out. We could’ve gotten better service at a cheaper motel. I’m looking to hear back from the General Manager.
